Got my evening workout in from BCX express. Arms Express bootcamp. Very tough workout took 40 minutes to complete.
Breakfast:
Green Smoothie (with Spinach)
Morning Snack:
Gluten Free Banana Bread
Fruit Salad
Lunch
Jamba Juice Green Smoothie
Evening Snack
Cinnamon almond raisin Snack
1 grapefruit
Dinner
2 chicken Legs
1/4 cup quinoa
